Price Match Promise

As a small independent business, we always work hard to offer the best service and price that we possibly can.

Every so often you may find a product cheaper elsewhere but we totally understand you would rather buy it from us - after all we are reliable, knowledgable and care about you and your pets. So why not submit a price request and we will do our best to match it for you!

Price Match Requirements

For us to try and match the price the product(s) must; 

• Be displayed on the competitor's website as the current price (i.e not part of a sign up discount, or other hidden offer)
• The price must apply to the identical individual product which is the same brand, model, size, colour
• The product must be new (i.e not a used / second-hand product)
• The product must be in stock
• If ordering multiple products they must all be available from the same store with the conditions above - we don't match multiple products from different shops.

Additional Information

Please note that it may not be possible for us to price match on every occasion but we will always do our best. Price matches cannot be requested retrospectively after placing your order and no cash alternative is available. Delivery costs from competitors will be taken into account when considering your price match.

Promotion codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a price match however Loyalty Paw Points may be considered at our discretion and by arrangement only.
