Barks & Bunnies often use discount codes as a way to say thank you to our customers for their loyalty, with exciting promotions and at many other times too. For details about when and how you can use these codes please continue reading.

Terms & Conditions

1. Discount codes or prize vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any item already discounted, sale items and where other offers or promotions are applied, this includes all 10% off your first order promotions but don't worry.... read on!
2. If your first purchase is for an excluded item your code will still be valid on the first full price purchase you make.
3. All of our Love Them Happy Giftboxes are not eligible for any discount as they donate money to charity
4. At times a free delivery offer or 10% sign up voucher for new customers may be paused, this is because other promotions are running and we are unable to offer both in conjunction. 
5. Only one discount code can be used per order.
6. Discount codes are not redeemable against sale items or items already reduced in price and other select items as determined by Barks & Bunnies
7. Discount codes are not redeemable against our Love Them Happy Gift Boxes.
8. Discount codes are not redeemable against some Gor Pets beds, and other select items at our discretion.
9. From time to time we may offer discounts for completing reviews of the products you have purchased and further discounts for sharing them via Social Media or other means. Any discount codes received for completing and sharing such reviews are subject to the Terms & Conditions noted on this page.
10. We do not allow the use of discount codes by registering with multiple email addresses or different names. If your order is processed at the Checkout it will be flagged by our systems and placed on hold. We will contact you to notify you of any additional payment requirements to complete your order.
11. From time to time we may offer daily or weekly flash deals & sales. These will be offered on a first come first served basis and products may be limited in quantity.

• Any other discount codes, either those sent to you directly or those we advertise on our store, or on social mediacannot be used in conjunction with any of these offers.
• If any additional discount codes are added at the checkout your order will be cancelled and you will need to re-order to take advantage of the offer. We cannot be held responsible if between cancellation and re-order the product sells out.
• Discount codes from all promotions must be spent at Barks & Bunnies, no cash alternative is available
• Discount codes can not be used when purchasing Gift Cards
